Clue #2 " We" have documented the attempts to reach "you". At this time it is imperative that "you" contact "our" office. "We" ? "We" who ? "Our" office ? "Who's" office ? No attempt to identify who I am nor who they are. Clue #3 Who calls out with a recorded message ? No one. Ignore the call. Treat it like you would any wrong number. But don't return the call, unless you are able to do so in a recorded message. And do not identify yourself. Use a burner number and state, I'm returning the call as you requested. It is imperative that a real person return this call and state who you are and who you represent. And who you are calling. Otherwise you'll continue to have many more unsuccessful attempts to reach me.

They have called several times. Each time they leave a message about calling them or something bad will happen. At the end of the messege they saw "this will be the last time they call".
