Joanne, FYI. Whether we like it or not, charities are exempt under the Do Not Call Registry. However, if you tell them to stop calling, they are supposed to stop. Violations of these types are covered under other government agencies. FCC, FBI, Atty Generals, FTC Proper, etc. The DNC only deals with Businesses who telephone for the sale of goods or services, and are registered businesses with the FTC. I understand your frustration, and I feel the same, but that's how its works...

855-507-3376 calls day & night,they hang up when I pick up.When I call the number you get a recording saying"Leave a message at the tone" I called version told, me to put in *67 (which costs $3.50) but will not stop it. Then I need to go to police station and file a report. "Thanks for nothing Version" !!!!!

Called several times today. Each time I picked up no one was ther. Last times was a lady wanting donations. Told her I was out of work and to please remove me from the list. Before I could politely finish my request, the [***] had hung up on me. May she get cancer and die.

Many calls have been generated to my home by this number. There is never any conversation . If I answer the phone, they hang up. I view this as intrusion and harassment.

Purchased a chair from JC Penney. Received delivery yesterday, then received a survey call about satisfaction with product, delivery time, delivery personnel, et. & gave favorable responses. Now receiving at least 4 calls today where no one speaks when we answer or it sounds like a disconnect when we answer. Want these calls to stop.

Same as everyone else....calls over and over every day...no one ever there...I filed a complaint today with the FTC at 1-800-382-3222...just as I was entering this, I got the 5th call today...here is the problem, they could care less about about these complaints because when the FTC goes after them they just simply change phone numbers and start over...The FTC knows that...so they basically don't care because of the futility of it all...I don't know what can really be done except to keep an air horn handy and everytime someone like this calls (and you by chance get to talk them) you blast them with the air horn...at least you will get some satisfaction...lol

Today, got at least 4 or 5 calls from the above number. If you pick up phone to answer, the called immediately hangs up. Do not know where this call comes from but sick & tired of seeing this number identify on the phone. FED UP!!!

Four calls from 855-507-3376 in the lasr two hours. No one leaves message on machine.Sooooooo sick of unwanted callers! So much for the do not call list.

Get 3 to 4 calls a day, always let the answering machine get it, never leaves a message tried to call the # back and was told the machine was full and not taking calls. A big pain where you sit.

Have received 3 calls from this number this morning since 9 a.m. and it is now 11:15 a.m. Also had several calls yesterday and last evening. We do not pick up. This borders on as others put it "harrassment". It is rediculous that one has to put up with this crap.
