It's from Calcutta, India. One of the "Refund" scams where they tell you that you have a refund coming for a security package you supposedly paid for, in error, when you bought your computer a few years ago. They try to talk their way into controlling your computer through "Team Viewer" and your bank account and modifying the balances to suit the lie that YOU entered the wrong amount and now you owe them an extra $10,000.00 to 20,000.00 because, since you are the only one able to correct your account balances, you've add several additional zero's to the balance. When the victim asks why it can't simply be reversed, they are told that it can't be done that way and now must go to Target, or the Microsoft Store and buy multiple $500.00 gift cards and then send the codes to the goons who are never heard from again. DON'T TAKE THE CALL! They'll threaten you that the law is right down the block from you. It's actually funny to mess with these goons.

This one calls over and over and over every day. It's harassment pure and simple when the same phone call listed only as "Toll Free Call" calls you 5 times a day. That borders on cruel and unusual punishman sans the trial, and this type of tactic should be banned. I get an equal number from someone called "Unknown Caller." I'm disabled, and getting to the phone is hard. I wish these people would just leave me alone. I don't want to talk to them.

this number calls all the time. Caller ID says "800 Service" I've added to my Ooma blacklist.
