855-711-4629 apparently belongs to Regency Communications, 3300 S. National Suite 300, Springfield, MO 65807 - a company that does not answer its phone, but sends letters stating that they are pleased to permanently eliminate future Maintenance Fees. No other explanation. From what I can determine, this is a potential scam.
Yes i reeive a letter stating he same thing about maintenance fees . I said for WHAT!!!!!!! i don't own no property at all
i also got the same letter today said the exact same thing and i never had a timeshare in my life
This is the second or third letter I have received. it is from Property Owners Services in Washington D. C. When I called the number at night I got a recorded message from Regency Communications. I suspect a scam, because the time share is in my wife's name followed by my name.
Same experience. Rec'd letter two times. No time shares owned - ever. Used my name at a different address (relative's). Totally smells of scam. First letter I threw away w/o regard. This time I Binged it and found nothing of substance, all scam. Flush!
SCAM. GOT LETTER STATING THEY WERE PERMANENTKY DELETING MAINTENANCE ON TIMESHARE I OWN. I HAVE NEVER OWNED ONE. WHEN I TRIED TO GRT MORE INFO THEY WOUKD NOT GIve ME NAME WHO THEY BOUGHT THEIR SO called list from so that I could call and check to make sure no one had condo in my name. Would not give it to me. I don't know what their point was but believe they were trying to get financial info to pay a maintenance fee. SCAM!!!!
I received a letter have. I've never owned property (timeshare or otherwise) This smells like a scam. I think the only reason this "company" thinks I have a Timeshare is the fact that turned 50 last April.Looked up the address from the letter they sent me on Google Maps. It LOOKS like a nice office building.... Lots of legal and real estate businesses inside. I might give them a call to see if they can reduce my $325.00 a month rent fee of the house I live in,Could be an interesting conversation....
I received a letter stating I now qualify for permanent Maintenance Fee elimination. All my future timeshare maintenance fee bills may be permanently eliminated. "Some restrictions may apply."... I am sure the biggest restriction and/or obstacle is: I do not own any 'timeshares'... ROFL.. What a scam this must be indeed.
