Started receiving these letters in early 2014. Address given as Property Management Services, 1 Research Court, Suite 450 Rockville, MD 20850. Maintenance fee elimination on a timeshare. I do not own a timeshare, never have. Sent letters back requesting my name be removed, still receiving. They do not answer phone when called back.
I've been getting these letters now every six months for two years now, stating; We have tried contacting you previously without success. If you prefer to continue making Maintainence Fee disregard this notice. We cannot guarntee qualification unless you contact us by (always a certain date). And ends with; RESORT SERVICES CENTER.However, they never answer phone when called. ADDRESS is ---6565 N MacArthur Blvd Ste 225 Dallas Tx 75039
