I too blo ked the First number they used that kept on calling, so now they keep calling on this number instead. They will offer 6 most for 50 dollars, but I'm so fed up with them calling so often that I want nothing more to do with themat any cost. They also kept trying to say that just because my subscription was up and they waited to turn it off past time, that I owed them for the extra dates. I don't think so. I didn't order it or ask for it. You don't walk into a grocery store and have them say Here is this milk because you bought milk from us before,so now you owe us Even if you don't want more...and by the way, we're now charging you 15$ a gallon for it.
For the past month or so (March 2018) I had been receiving 1 or 2 daily calls from a phone number which showed up on my home phone as being from Serius XM; I had been subscribing to their XM radio channels on my Acura and my subscription ended last month. I'd changed my bank's debit card number so they couldn't simply just charge me for renewal of my XM radio subscription. All of their phone calls had rung my home phone only one time and they never left me a message. The last time I was called from this number my home phone rang 3 times and I picked up and began telling the woman calling that I didn't want to receive any more calls from them. She kept trying to interrupt me but I finally told her my home phone was on the do not call list and I hung up. The next day for about 3 days I've now been receiving the same 1-ring only phone calls from (855-722-5247) which show up on my phone as from 800 service. I went on the Internet and typed in this phone number and it shows up as also being from Serius XM. I guess they gave up using their other phone number and figured they'd try to con me by instead using this 800 labeled phone number. I believe that I called their company and of their reps told me that all of these calls (except the final one with the live woman calling me) were automated. My Serius XM radio is still operative and I'm in the process of deciding whether to renew my subscription. If I do renew it I'll at least try to make sure that I'm not locked into an automatically renewing subscription so that this company does not automatically renew my subscription unless they obtain my approval to do so.
This number belongs to SirusXM radio. They called to remind me my service has ended, and to select an option to speak to a representative to re-start the service.
I've never given them the tacit approval to keep me in service, by accepting their offer to pay automatically via CC or bank info. Instead, I send them a money order, so as to enforce the NO TACIT APPROVAL, &, I do not answer their phone calls, which also gives them tacit approval to continue to call. I just may wait until a promo offer.
