called me twice today July 30/14- 4pm and 8pm, I did not answer since it is an unknown # for me.
Called me twice over 2 days. Appears to be a toll-free number where the receiver gets charged.
Received a call from this phone number. The recorded message said it was a Survey conducted by the city of Vancouver.
Called just now. No name on the ID - only the number. No message left on the answering machine. Very annoying.
