Asked if I got my Social security Card yet. This was on my answering machine when I got home on 1/10/17.
Received a call from 855-744-5688. "Ellen Purdue" left a message on my answering machine asking if I had received my "red, white, and blue Medicare card", and asking that I call her back at that number. Didn't call her back - I don't respond to unsolicited calls, especially when they're so vague about who they are and why they're calling.
Got a call on Friday, 7 February from Jan Stoker from this number. I didn't answer so she left a message on my answering machine. Sounded very friendly and helpful-wanted to confirm that I'd received my red, white and blue medicare card and that I understood the benefits I'd receive. I HAVEN'T SIGNED UP YET!! Hmmm. Glad I didn't answer. I've been receiving lots of mail from various health insurance companies.
Got a call from Ellen Fandieu, needing to talk with husband re: Red White Blue Medicare card. I told her I would give him message. Ellen said needed to make sure before my husband turned 65 in May. My husband is not anywhere near 65, nor his his birthday in the month Ellen mentioned. When I called back, Streamline answered phone. She said she was an answering service. This is a scam. Don't call them, don't talk to them as they will get more info from you.
As with the others, received this unsolicited call. Ellen left a message that she was just checking to make sure that I'd gotten my red white & blue Medicare card. Caller ID showed "Toll Free Caller". I do not pick up this type of call, and will not return their call.
My Dad Received A Messag From This Number. They Were Trying To Get A Hold Of My Mom. She Passed Away Almost 3 Years Ago. I Called And Told Them So He Doesn't Have To Deal With Anymore CAlls/Messages Like That.
I get calls every other day from this number 855-744-5688. On March 25 two calls came in minutes apart. I answered the second just to find out who it was. The woman asked to speak to my husband and said she was calling from Medicare. I questioned her and she was very evasive. I asked point blank if she worked for the government and she stuttered and said her company was contracted to call on behalf of Medicare, but she wouldn't tell me the name of the company. I told her that I was tired of getting multiple calls from her company and that someone had just called 5 minutes ago. She lied and said no one from her company had called. Funny, it shows on my caller ID. This morning Victoria called from the same number at 11:32 asking if my husband had received his red, white and blue Medicare card and left the call back number on voice mail. What can I do to stop these calls?
Rec'd a call and a message was left from Ellen Purdue asking if I rec'd my red, white and blue medicare card and to call her back at this number. Since I have a May appointment, I disregarded this message.
Jan Stocken called asking about the card. totally bogus no one has applied for a card. it is a SCAM of some sort !!!There is a lot of selling of addresses and phone nbrs of people who are becomming eligible for medicare and it is very invasive and irritating.
Medicare does not make outbound calls! Do you really think the government has time and staff to call and make sure you received your card? This is Streamline Insurance Group...an insurance agency using deceptive tactics to sell you insurance. Please call and report them to (a) Texas Dept of Insurance 800-252-3439...and (b) Federal Trace Comm (Do Not Call List) 888-382-1222.Do it today...it is the only way to make them stop!!
