My experience is that this is a valid Comcast technical support number. If you have reported issues to Comcast recently and you get a call from this number, it is probably valid.
Called Comcast for internet speed support, they tried to fix the problem one their end with no success. Made an appointment for a tech visit.Next day I get a call from this number, a man with india accent called me, he didn't even spelled my name right, didn't asked me any information to verify my account but proceeded to walk me thru to reset my modem and verify my speed, it didn't help either at the end he said that he would call me in about 2 hours to verify of the speed had improved.He didn't asked I wouldn't give him any personal information. The call didn't sound legit to me. After that I just disconnected all my devices from the internet for a couple of hours, just as precaution.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
