Same as all the above but said my insurance contacted them and she said it would take up to four to five days to get proof to me
Answered the phone and a person confirmed my address. I then was passed to someone else and they said it was regarding a debt, but they would not give their firm's name nor who they were collecting the debt for, until I would give them the last 4 digits of my SSN. Sketchy AF! Hung up at that point.
Called on cell phone. Area code was out-of-state, did not answer phone. I do not answer any strange numbers until after I check this site.
The called my friend's cell and asked for me. Very odd. I called back. Had my name and address said I owe medical debt which I DO NOT. When I wouldn't give date of birth they hung up. SCAMMERS
Left no message. I dialed the number back, a few seconds of silence, then "This is Linda, how can I help you?"
