I've actually had several different calls from different numbers. Only 2 live encounters. The first was from Affiliate and she was calling looking for my husband. I said I'm his wife and she began saying we owe 1100.00 to a Cash Now store. She provided an old address that we have not lived at in over 10 years. I told her there is no way that was possible when the CN store had our bank account information and directly withdrew our payments. Then I asked her why is it not on our credit report. She stated that they are a non reporting collection agency. So I asked her if she could send me something as proof. She replied no that this debt needed to be paid today. I hung up the phone. The 2nd live encounter the guys name was Chris. I answered and he just like the first call said they were calling in reference to an address we have not lived at in over 10 years. So I let him talk and he said he is calling to collect a 600.00 hospital bill. I told him I'm aware of this bill and we are already addressing it. I told him Phoenix (a legit collector) is reporting it and I don't pay 3rd parties. He told me Phoenix is the name of the hospital and he's calling for a separate medical bill. I laughed at him because the hospital is Presbyterian and I live in Texas. No Phoenix hospital near me. I too asked why they didn't put "their" collection on my credit. He also said they are non reporting. Well, that's unfortunate on their scam. People are smart and watch their credit and such now days with all this fraud happening. They still call and I continue to block each number. I am seriously considering reporting them to the BBB or start a petition on Change.org. These crooks should be locked up!!!!

Called me & when I questioned them about what kind of business they were, they hung up.

Recived a call from this number today. They claim to be from a collector agency and that I need to pay a bill from 2013. When I told them I need more information to make sure that was a legal company. I told her that debt collectors agency sends a letter first and That I haven't receive any letter. The lady was really rude to me and hangup.

Won't stop calling even when i asked for my number to be removed

They’re forreal the rudest debt collectors ever and call at all hours of the day. No way that’s legal.

Called and asked to speak to me (said my full name). Would not tell me what it was about. Read an address to me and asked me if this was my correct address. I told them I would not confirm nor deny the address was mine. Told me I would receive something in the mail. They were sending it to the address they read to me over the phone. Good luck! I have gotten a couple of more calls from them, but they are now blocked. I do not answer any unknown numbers.

Wrong. 4 years is the amount of time they have to take legal action. After that they can attempt to collect until paid

They keep calling my number for a person that does not live here!!! this goes on every day,I no longer answer my phone,let answering machine answer and then it's always a hang up!!!

This company calls my cell and home phone several times a day morning night and weekends for collection of a medical bill. I requested an itemized bill for dates of service etc. This particular bill has been been paid on a payment plan on time on automatic payment every month for over a year to the hospital from which it came due. I contacted the hospital about the bills good standing, they never sold the bill over to the collection agency and continue to receive their payments. The harassing calls keep coming.
