This number is spam they called my phone 12 times in one day and i told them to remove me and stop calling and they hung up and kept calling

You're an idiot. The person said that the company is calling their business line for one of their employees. So it's obviously not the person who wrote the review who had the loan. First read then reply before making yourself look like an [***].
Got a call looking for an employee, said it was for a personal business matter - when I said I could not find them in the universal directory the person on the other end started rattling off their social security number so I could look them up with that - which I cannot do. They had no idea if they had the right company or with whom they might be speaking. Great way to make sure to compromise people's finances.
