Does anyone know how you can report this company CWS?

called Dec 4, 2019. Same creepy message others received. When I pressed 1 a live person answered and told me to hold but never came back. Can't figure it out. Threatened possible action by my "district attorney." No community I have ever lived in has a "district attorney." They go by other titles. If they suggest the call is about a debt, you know it's B.S. Uncollected debts are civil matters not criminal. "District attorneys" only prosecute crimina cases. Total scam.

Still waiting on the summons...doesn't seem to be forthcoming. What a joke...please don't believe or even respond, even if you owe someone money. They are counting on that.

THIS IS A SCAM......... THEY GET YOUR INFORMATION FROM PUBLIC RECORDS & TRY TO SCARE YOU INTO PAYING THEM MONEY. BY TREATING YOU WITH A COURT SUMMONS OR FREEZING YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS ECT. BLOCK THEM. THEY ARE RUDE & NOT A LEGIT LAW OFFICE.THE LADY TRIED TO TELL ME I OWED A DEBT THAT WAS FILED IN BANKRUPTCY 10 YRS AGO.

just received this call for the 3rd time. I've been waiting for the court summons.....

Left message about receiving a court summons today if I didn't call them back about a debt. I have NO outstanding debts so I knew it was BS. The message repeated itself until the time on my voicemail ran out. Well sweetie, GOOD LUCK to you- find a REAL JOB! SCAMMER!!!!!

Received voicemail stating ..."hit #1 on your daily pad, if not you will receive a summons to appear before your local district attorney to our court filings good luck." Well good luck to YOU.

I pressed one as instructed. I was directed to Samantha Logue and she said she was collecting a debt. She had all my info correct and the defaulted debt, but that debt had been paid 24 years ago with a collection agency. I gave her the details and agency that I paid off my debt to and she refused to listen. She threatened me with a court and sue me for all I have. I said FO!! And hung up.

The caller left a VM that said; "Press number one on your dial pad. If not, you'll be receiving a summons to appear in front of your local District Attorney to answer to our court filing. Good luck!" I will follow up on this note once I’m out of jail. Hopefully, they don’t sue me for everything that I own and I can’t afford a phone and its service to give you folks an update. Send cigarettes! ;p
