A very creepy robocall message by a rude-sounding woman, claiming its not a sales/solicitation call and to not hang up. She said it was a final attempt to prevent court filing against me under my name, that our social security number and other financial documents are suspended and that we will be receiving a summons to answer court filing. And she ended the message with two words, in a meaningless, condescending-sounding tone, "Good luck." Creepy!
Do NOT waste your time answering this call. Completely fake and phony threat to appear in court! Can't believe anyone would fall for this B.S.!

Robot left voicemail re social security and name reference to a debit and if no call back to them a court summons will be mailed and good luck. Scammer!

cold call from them - they left no message. I called them back, they said they were law from CWS. They will call me back after they get over their computer shutdown. Can hardly wait for the call. Lesson - just do not answer unknown numbers.
My message simply says “...filing. Good luck” Any professional place doing legit collecting is going to CYA enough to not be antagonistic in a voicemail
Said they were law from commonwealth adding 7500 legal fees to take me to court. First call was from a man said he was from clear one and said same thing when I ask for information about this they said they didn't have to give me anything so I called the company they said was suing me and they have no record of me

They have called twice but don't leave a voicemail. With the rise if AI voice spoofing, I won't take the chance. Snail mail, text or detailed vmail is the only way to engage with me, stay safe and pray that God touches the hearts of these scammers.
