it does no good to call this number back - you can call back and go through the whole thing all over again. They really seem to care.

Just got a call from "Nurse Triage Service" Scared the $#^&^((*&^% out of me thinking my Wife was in a wreck or something worse!!!!!!!!!!! You call back and get a recording that hangs up on you!!! What a bunch of CRAP!!!Now you know why I abandoned them 7 years ago I am with SHARP now, MUCH BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

KP on Call (Nurse Advise From Kaiser). When a Kaiser person calls for nurse advise critical cases talk to the nurse 1st and non critical cases get a call back. The person calling is asked what number they want the Nurse to call. If they give the wrong number or if the number is accidentally entered wrong into the system the nurse would call back the wrong person. This is not a prank call, nor a sales call. It is a solicited call that just got routed to the wrong place :-). As for the not being able to call it back...No you can't (no cutting to the front of the line). You call KP On Call, they either put you on hold to talk to the nurse or set you up for the call back.

Its a message from Kaiser regarding Preventative care screening. Left a callback number.

I was with Anthem for 25 years, now with Kaiser. Kaiser is lightyears better than Anthem, in every way. Cost, customer care, ease of use for online records, followup. If you're happy with Sharp, awesome, just sayin' with me, I am pretty happy with Kaiser. Full disclosure, I live only 15 minutes from a KP Med Center, and do everything there.
