I've gotten 2 calls from this same basic number... the first from -1501, then the one this morning from -1502. I didn't answer either time because I wasn't expecting a call from that area (even though I have family over there). Glad I looked it up & found it was a telemarketer! I also live in Orange County - I wonder why our region seems to be getting targeted by them?
I just received an annoying call from this 859 number. It sounded like a man talking about a vacation in Spanish. I hung up after a few seconds. The call came in at 11am PST on 5/31/07.
Spanish-language telemarketing call. Incessant, nearly daily intrusion. Originates with All Start Vacations - Google them and harrass them!!!!!
I get calls everyday from this number. It is in spanish and when I press 1. A spanish person answers and when I ask to speak english they say "BLABLABLA" and hang up, or they reply in perfect english "I am sorry, but I don't speak english" and hang up.STOP CALLING ME AND ALL MY OTHER CELL PHONES

Sent an email trying to encourage people to call Bank of America at this number. As phishing attempt go, this one was better than most. I can smell these things a mile away.
