I am a manger at a marketing company. This is most likely a Call center that is contracted by all kinds of firms to conduct research and marketing. The delay is due to a computer dialing thousands of numbers and it take a few seconds after you answer and say hello to transfer the call to a live representative. Get used to it the political season is just getting started.

usually I get 5-10 a week persons from India claiming to be from Microsoft, new medical program, or just fix my computer, even when its running fine. its all fraud wanting my c.c. number, even had one claiming to be with my bank needing my checking account number. turn them in. T

No I won't get used to people invading my privacy. I will do everything in my power to harass the caller. Whether my voice gets really low and I asked them what they're wearing and tell them they're turning me on. Or if I really want to be amused, intentionally answer with wrong or lewd answers. This in turn will cause whatever company is calling to label me as abusive and someone their employees should not be subjected to. Which will mean the contracting call center won't bother me again

Name for that number was Annette Diaz location Covington KY .I have no clue who she is or if its a cover or alias

This number calls my cell phone every evening about 5:30. Very annoying!

this is a company that performs surveys for other companies. my company uses them to do customer surveys after a medical office visit

there ought to be some way to get crap like this off your phone!

This morning I got a second call from this number. CID said Kentucky. The whole state of Kentucky is calling li'l ol' me? My good gracious.Actually it's automatically blocked by my call blocker, and I don't have to care if it's some jerk bill collector or some scurvy survey I don't wanna answer.
