got a call today....Comcast is not even in this area....thanks for all the posts...
Obviously a scam - call come in the middle of a batch of scam calls (we always get scam calls in groups)
I get many through out the week. I don't know who it is. Never leaves a message. If it were important they would said something. A waste of time. Won't be calling them back.
I also have received a call on 5/9/2014 and two on 5/10/2014 no message
Called on Feb. 12. Left no message.
called and when I was about to hang up.. they wanted to do a survey...ya right....
Caller identified as being with Comcast and wanted to do a stupid quality survey and asked a lot of questions about how I view Comcast as a company and blah blah blah.
I received a call from them this morning. They indicated they were with AARP and were checking on a purchase that I recently made that qualified for an AARP discount. They then began a survey which asked to indicate by number my satisfaction with the discount procedure. They were completely familiar with my purchase.
This is the third time this week I've received a call from this number on my cell phone. I do not answer a number that I do not know.
I may be paranoid but I wonder is this how they spoof your phone number. I cant believe the GOVT cant solve this - they spend lots of time chasing political windmills. Maybe the ACLU sees chasing these scammers as a violation of rights

Won’t give up I never answer but they keep dialing it up. Irritating, say it’s debt collection and city says Dallas.
Automated message that a charge for $1,300 has been made for an order for 3d printed headset. If this charge is not valid, to call the number displayed on my phone. No identifying information given.
This number calls my work number 2-3 times every day and doesn't leave a message. Telemarketer or scam.

This number has called twice today. I don't recognize this number and it is not in my phone book.
It all traces back to the same small circle julie and stacey martz — people who openly say they’re Martz family members or close friends. The core issue repeatedly mentioned is that Vincent was adopted (not biological), so some relatives never ... read more
