He claimed to own a home he really doesn't own. Then wants you to send him money for the rent and in return he'll send you the key to the property. He is in Kentucky. I did report the number to police.
Has a house for rent in Pensacola, Florida. Identical to the letter I just read on here. Send money and I will send keys.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.
