Bought cell phone and first two calls hangups from these fools

Calls and sometimes leaves messages when I tried to call back I am unable to get the number. It says mailbox is filled.

I have been receiving calls from this number. Both times they answer but do not talk. It sounds like a television in the background. They even leave a voice message but do not speak.

They called cell - did not answer - no voicemail. Don't answer numbers you don't recognize.

Called my cell phone. No messages Sounds like a TV or kid in background. Is it just to check if valid number? Why waste time calling ,opt for voicemail but leave no message. Not worth me paying for reverse search! Get a real job too much time on your hands. Or a telemarketer getting paid to do nothing!!! Anyone else feel the same???

I missed this call but a taped robo call stated that they were IRS and to call 202 697 9143 about a law suite. This is a Washington D.C. phone number but AT&T said that they have no business listing for that phone number. They said it could be a cell phone. Watch out for scammers.

nobody is calling you FROM 860-759-2990.... I'm pretty sure that is ph number to a voicemail service, like for pre-paid at&t or trac phone etcit shows up as FORWARDED to/from that number because someone called you and when you didn't answer, the system forwarded their call to YOUR voicemail

I get voice-mail calls from this number but never answer.

Just received a voice mail on m y cell phone from this number but it was completely garbled. Sounded like papers being ruffled. It cost me minutes every time I check and there is no way I can block these type calls.
