This absolutely does not work. I was getting so many at one point that I called the FTC. These callers get paid by the number of connected calls and then by the Min. so if you answer the call they get paid.. the longer they talk to you the more they make. They really don't care if you buy their service or scam or not. Once they find that you will answer they enter you in the database and you will get more and more calls. I was getting 5 and 6 a day at one point. The best option is if possible don't answer the call then Google the number and if it is bogus block it. If you do answer as soon as you know it is a bogus call hang up and block the number. The FTC does fine these people but they make so much that they just pay the fines and keep on calling. By using the above I have gone from up to 5 or 6 calls a day to only several a week. Still frustrating but I guess it's the world we live in now.

They have been calling for so long I can't remember when it started. I have waited for the prompt, pressed 3 which says it will remove you from their list, but calls still come. I have pressed 1 to get a live person, told them to stop calling, they just hung up on me. Just don't answer that number anymore, but they still keep calling.

Repeated calls about lower credit card. Never actually get to a real person

Bravo! Someone who understands what to do! Blocking numbers ends up being like whack-a-mole, so better the number you already know and can ignore. I love you (hug)!

get a call 2-3 times week. never answer. would think they would give up but since it is probably a bot calling they don't get tired.

They are NOT a credit card company. They call me EVERY DAY and I don't have any credit cards. The call always starts sounding like you've missed the first few words but that's planned so they don't actually have to say a company name. They then give you the option to dial 3 to stop future calls... DON'T DO IT. I did once and I got a charge for a long distance call on my next billing. Just hang up - or if you see the number come up - don't answer.

This number calls at least three times each day. They are asking for someone i have told them does not have this number. They claim to want to serve a claim against the individual. I have told them numerous times, this is not the correct person! They continue to call! Won't stop!

The key is to never answer!---when you answer, your number is then put in a active number account.Then that account is sold to other people with other thing to sell.Stop helping them call other's.

This number calls me everyday about lowering my credit card interest. The thing is I don't have a credit card and have told them this several times. I'm getting fed up with these calls.
