Daniel from this number called to ask whether we had purchased a $2000.00 camera...we had not! My husband thought he said he was calling from MSN. Now after looking this up, I think he heard them wrong or they had a thick accent...Amazon sounds like MSN if you are not listening too carefully...Anyone else have this experience
I received a statement from an Amazon.com Chase card that I never opened for a purchase that I did make.This is the number that is listed for Amazon Customer ServiceWhen I call this #, the response consisted of an automated voice inquiring whether I was over 50, etc. etc. to which I did not reply and hung upI then looked up the Amazon.com Customer Service number and was given the Chase fraud unit number by Amazon when I explained that I have never opened an Amazon.com Chase Credit Card which was in fact opened 6 months ago. I was asked whether I have ever received the $70 gift card which one receives when one opens an Amazon.com Chase Credit Card, which I have not received.Chase indicated that the card was opened with accurate personal identification information.
I was receiving $9.99 charges monthly from this number. It says digital services so I went to the help page on amazon, typed in digital. Cancel digital orders popped up. Clicked on that and it showed all the available digital services that could be. In my case it was for kindle unlimited that I forgot I had signed up for. It is legit.

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.
