I have a loved one in jail and I just got a call yesterday from a global tel link number and someone saying it was a family emergency. I accepted the call worried and the person told me they worked for the prison and thast my number was listed as an emergency contact number, and that i needed to Sergeant to get the inmates info so they gave me a number *72 and a 531 area code. Worried I called the number, after not being able to get through I went online and did research. *72 forwards all your calls to wherever the inmate wants to call charging YOUR TELEPHONE BILL. I immediately reversed it by dialing *73 and notified my service provider.

Global tell link wants the contract with va prison systems so so bad that they are letting the guards torture the inmates ok its one thing to be "" number posessed for a free person plaing the lotto but for the women who works for the state to call her rep for global tell link and lets make tis number not work because she works for the prison and she is doing this it then beo right from comes a form of toture which is something us americans will stand up for you can't sleep with prisoners that is rape even if they want it they are compromised they are in prison you cant [***] with their numbers you have to be accountable for your actions and i would apprieciate it if your company would stop being apart of this torture by shutting down numbers that the lady at the jail asks you to do you have to learn to say no you lose the account it is only for that reason and have the records to prove it take them to court and sew them but don't become a victim of fear not hear in america we love our country and its morals and values and know that the number game is wrong when it comes to prisoners and please please report these women 5 just lost their jobs for sleeping with the men you do the percentage on that business man

Thank you I have been trying to get in touch with global tel link, to understand why my sons calls are not coming through. I put money on the phone last Tuesday and still he can't get through, they say on the recording I have a balance, what's going on.
