People get with it...NEVER CALL BACK UNKNOWN PHONE NUMBERS AND MESSAGES OF IMPORTANCE TO CONTACT THEM. THERE ARE SO MANY SCAMS OUT THERE!!! ALWAYS CHECK NUMBERS BY GOOGLE, THREATENING CALLS...go to direct sources and ask about threats to file legal action. Warn your seniors who the most likely to be fooled. That happened while visiting a friend who got a computer virus call on her cell while I was sitting there next to her. Luckily I got her to hang up and explained this scam. We have to stop these scammers by keeping up on the latest scams. RIGHT????
SCAM SCAM SCAM - Fake SSA calls. Tried scamming my elderly mom who is a recent widower. Special place in Hell for these scumbags!!!!
I got two messages for this number about calling them back. "this is an important call from the housecall program. This is unsolicited
Got the call to my cell phone, called them back from work line. Was on hold for about 5 min listening to bad music interrupted by recorded message asking to stay on the line.At the end it said all reps were busy and asked me to leave a message, I didnt
Same as the others except I don't call numbers that I don't know. Sounds Sketchy to me.MC.
They left a message on my answering machine while I was out. It said they were from the "House Calls" program and it was very important for them to talk to me. Important for whom? Me or them? I don't plan to call them back. I don't even answer the phone for strange numbers I don't know, or names I don't recognize. I am checking here to see if it is just another scam.
Called me several times and left messages. United Health Care Insurance if you Google "Housecall Program". You can bet it will cost u.
I returned a call today and was told they called on befalf of United Healthcare, who I have as my Medicare health insurer. They asked for an appointment where a representitive would come to my home, interview me about my health, and make a note of my prescriptions, which I should show to him. The person on the line asked if there was a code to enter to gain access to the building. Luckily, I don't live in a private home, and my building lobby is locked. I'll post again if contact actually happens. The woman I was speaking with said in 6 to 8 weeks I would get a $25 gift card. I asked who sponsored this "free" home visit, anc she said United Healthcare.
