They called me and took my account number and allowed some other company to use it. I'm know going through matters for ups charges of 8000.00 which I never spipped.

Brandon Alexander called claiming to be my new account manager at UPS. Only problem is I spoke with my account manager about a week ago and Mr. Alexander asked for the Office Manager that left 3 OM's ago. He asked a lot of questions he would of already had answers to. Sorry.

These calls are from legitimate sales reps at UPS that handle small to medium business. All accounts have more than 1 sales rep, they have an "outside rep" who is local in your area and they have an inside rep that manages it from 1 or 3 offices within the US, they also have International reps for each account, They work as a team because there are so many ways to ship and legal requirements from other countries to ship out of the states that they need specialist in all fields as to not give wrong information. I hope this answers all the questions but my recommendation is to call them or to email UPS from their website at UPS.com to confirm that these are in fact the correct numbers and the reps. Believe me , it would be in your best interest to speak with them and ask how they can save on your current shipping rates. Received a call from a Kim Lewis, claiming to be from UPS. She wanted to talk to me about an account "I just opened."
