This is Bank Of America. They are handling a fraud problem I had on my card through them, and this is the number we been staying in contact with. It's legit.
I actually work for this Company. It's Bank of America, and we have to call about disputes/claims/fraud on your card. We have to verify information to assure you are an authorized card holder, otherwise you can kiss your money/dispute goodbye. You actually he t us every time you call that fancy little number on the back of your card.

this Is bank of America credit card claims. you would only receive a call from us if you have filed a claim and I am very much sure you wouldn't want us discussing your account with just anyone therefore we verify who we are speaking to

if you have a bank of America account look on your statement you will see this number this is my department number for billing disputes it will be on page 2
I don't have an account with the bank mentioned above. It's from someone looking for information about the person who answers the phone. I don't have anything to say to them.
This is legitimate number for claims/refund related info for Bank of America, you might be given this number by representative after you call them for any dispute/refund questions etc on number back of your card 800-205-6247, I just called them to dispute my home depot related refund. Surely, they ask all your informations and really have sinking feeling but they need to know it's you as well and not some scammer trying to get your info.
