Actually, this is a legit number for Bank of America's credit card dispute services. The number is listed on BofA's website.
I agree with Pink Floyd. I filed a claim also with FIA American Express and this is also the number I have been dealing with! I also think they are somewhere in India, but must deal with several a/c's of Credit Cards.
866-266-0212 is a legitimate number for Bank of America. They called me legitimately in Feb. 2018 and left a message.

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
