This number is an life insurance company number, mines comes from M&T Bank

How do you get signed up for this? They are taking $1.66 out of my checking account every month. I don't remember signing up for this. How can I find out what company it is? Or what it is? My bank just said it was some kind of insurance. Thats all I know about it. Thanks for your help.

my husband just called this number...it's monumental life insurance company and i evidently signed up for accidental death insurance thru suntrust bank in feb 07. they've been charging us $2.24 a month ever since. they said they'd send a copy of the form i mailed in, as well as a description of term benefits. i only have vague recollection of this happening, my son was rather young back then and i was busy/sleep-deprived! it seems legit, i just wish i had remembered signing up for this so i hadn't felt like i was getting money taken out every month for no good cause. i've never actually gotten a call from this company, this number just shows up along with "ins payment" on my bank statement once a month. this month it switched to "monumental life" instead of ins payment...not sure why.

Same as rocknrollmomma06. Ins payment on my bank statement once a month (this phone number next to payment info). Trying to contact someone at this number to update bank info - no luck.

how do i cancel this? theyre taking money out of my account. I dont even have the papers for it.
