I get a call from then a couple times aweek.They never leave a message and they always call me when I am working
they have been harrassing my 76 year old mother , today they said they are suing her.. but wont tell her why. they are out of controll.
They call me at different times of the day and call my name like I am some friend or relative to them to try to get me to answer. All the info you read above is correct. They will send you a letter of a fake lawsuit trying to scare you into paying. They tell you a legal process server will be coming to serve you any day now. They will send you something that looks like a legal discovery request from the court but it is NOT it is something they will use against you to sue you if you admit to what they ask in court. DO NOT FILL IT OUT AND RETURN IT TO THEM IT IS NOT REQUIRED UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN LEGALLY SERVED OF A CIVIL SUIT and ordered to by the court. They buy a lot of debt from any CC that use CITI Bank to handle their CC's Most of this debt is old debt is over the statue of limitations for them to be legally collecting it in the state laws. This scum bag law firm makes its money by trying to recover thousands by buying old debt for pennies on the dollar. They invest $20.00 and get someone to pay them the original debt amount plus back interest.
I found an old fog horn in the shed -you know the one with compressed can of air. Don't owe anyone anything however relatives have given out our number for now defunked loans. Anyway you can use a whistle or fog horn or anythng that is loud. They called I was polite. They continued to call after I asked them not to. They made one last call and without warning Whhhhhaaaaaaooooommmm! I bet their ear is bleeding now? Call it sound therapy!
They were calling me for a Shawn Mosely, which I dont know. So they took my number off when I called it back. Once they left a message, the second time they did not. That is when I googled and found this site.

Robo-dialer caller. DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION. DO NOT ANSWER or your phone number will be called again and again. They use several different caller-id numbers similar to 636-235-xxxx. NEVER USE THE WORD "Yes" when a robo-dialer calls you.

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.
