my mom got call saying they needed to deliver her a package would she be at home on Wednesday and gave her a # to call to see about the package when mom called a lady answer and said she was past due on payments on a Ccard she got from BOA in 2005 My mom has NEVER had a CC, so the lady got ugly and said well you can deny it, but we will see you in court
