I'm getting calls from this purporting to be FIA Card Services. Looks like identity theft scam.
It's a pharmacy service that works for some insurance companies offering 90 day supply of medication.
CVS Caremark calling to notify me about a prescription that couldn't be moved from pharmacy pickup to mail-order.
This is CVS Caremark, a legit company that does mailorder discounted prescriptions through United Healthcare.
The call I received today (12/17/12), was from CVS Caremark - a pharmacy we use - furnishing us information we needed to relay to our physician. It was a legitimate call.
I just got off the phone with CVS-Caremark. This is NOT them. It's an I.D. scam.Here's why; The calls from this number ask you to confirm 3 pieces of info:1. Name2. Date of Birth3. Social Security number.Guess what? I have been doing business with CVS-Caremark for over 10 years and they have NEVER had my social security number, only my medical ID number.Definitely a scam. Do NOT be fooled folks... NEVER give all that info over the phone to ANYONE.

Won’t give up I never answer but they keep dialing it up. Irritating, say it’s debt collection and city says Dallas.
