Received voicemail on my iPhone from Brooke at eFax stating urgent issue as the charge to my credit card has not gone through. Requested I call back to ensure my service is not interrupted. I do not have eFax so I am assuming he might have missed dialed the number. I will not be returning the call as there is no issue for me :)

I had eFax many years ago. Now I use myfax.When I said I would log on to see if it were past due, they hung up.

eFax calling to let me know my credit card couldn't be billed.Legitimate.

SCAM ------- Called me and left voicemail that they want to update my payment information for Efax. I don't have an account with Efax.

This is not EFax, it is MyFax but it was hard to understand the lady's broken English and she talked way too fast. My credit card number on file had been shut down because it was compromised and she was calling to tell me the charge did not go thru. It was a legit call.

This is NOT myfax!

They tried to scam us also. they claim they are efax. We knew it was not them.

Someone from phone number 866-450-9995 left a voicemail in my work's general voicemail box at 9 PM last night. The caller repeated himself several times and said it was "Lloyd at ext 1356". He told me my credit card didn't go through and that he needed another form of payment. Today when I called the company to find out what they needed, I was told that they do not have an ext 1356, even though "Lloyd" repeated it several times. They have an Middle Eastern Indian accent. I don't have an EFAX account, although he assured me that it was me that they needed payment from.

Received a voicemail yesterday while I was out of the office stating that it was "MyFax" as opposed to eFax.Aiden at ext 1486 was the # which was left.I'm the IT admin so there is a chance I would have heard about this service but Accounting will know for sure. I just forwarded the voicemail in an email with the warning that it may be a fishing call.
