Advanced Disposal

There was no company name given in this recorded message stating there was “an outstanding balance” due. Our name was not used either. Days and times to call and make a payment (no amount given) were then recited. Number has been blocked.

These people are trying to scam you. They called and left a message that they were my sanitation company and that it concerned an invoice. They never used my name or stated my sanitation company name and they muffled their own name. I checked with my sanitation company and they never called me. These people are trying to con people by pretending to be someone they aren't. Don't call them back.

Similar situation. Received a urgent voicemail indicating that they are a "collection agency" but the name of the company was muffled. Provided a return number. If you query their voicemail system, a directory option comes up and you can determine that the number is registered to a compay named Veolia Environmental Services. Apparently, they are located in Richmond, VA or the near area. What would an environmental services company have to gain by scamming people? Has their Cisco Voice Messaging system has been hacked? My advice....stay away from the strange.

Now called Advanced Disposal, they want me to pay the bill for garbage on a place we left over a year ago. Well NO. My ex-landlord is the owner, and supposed to be living there.

This is Advanced waste management and it's not a scam. It's not a debt collector per se, but the company was reminding that the bill was past due, which we had missed.

You may be a company but you're still trying to scam people into paying for services you NEVER provided. I have contacted the BBB and Attorney General's Office and filed a complaint relative to these practices. So keep doing what you're doing so more evidence can be compiled against you so you will no longer be a company.

I received the robocall from this number today from Advanced Disposal. I called my local AD branch who informed me that the number 866-496-5780, which she read to me, is legitimate. She said recently the Chicago branch of AD took over making these calls for my service area in Florida. I called the 866 number and confirmed there is no balance due on my account as auto-pay showed up today.

Got a call I didn't recognize, so sent it to voicemail. Checked voicemail and automated recording said it was a courtesy call reminding me of my unpaid Advanced Disposal bill. I do indeed use Advanced Disposal so when I got to work I checked their website (The one I always use to pay my garbage pickup bill) and sure enough, I had forgotten to pay my bill.

Advance disposal bought out FDS disposal. I had their services during the switch, and some kinks still need to be worked out. I don't answer their calls either! Lol
