Sounds a lot like the East Indian sounding female who claims the IRS is coming after me for back taxes; but, this time it is about an "unpaid bill" from an unnamed company. I've received at least a dozen calls on my cell and home phones about owing the IRS (I don't owe the IRS anything). However, this is the first time I've gotten a call about an unpaid bill.
They called and left the name of my sanitation company. They sounded legitimate. I am glad I checked the number!
I am reporting this number as a SCAM asking for payment on a "unpaid" bill. They don't identify their company nor do the tell you what you owe and the item. WARNING!
Called saying they were my garbage company advanced disposal. I DO NOT have a garbage company. SCAM

Caller wanted personal information and claimed to be from some credit company that does not exist.

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.

they're trying to get personal and fin info under the pretense of finalizing a loan. they leave (866) 398-2896 as a callback number but actual caller id is spoofed to a different number each time.
