Humana sells you to third party data miners. Machine left voice mail claiming to be Humana. Humana's "customer disservice" is in Puerto Rico where they don't speak English. If you talk to anyone but your? doctor, you are talking to a third party and according to the fine print, you "voluntarily" give up all your privacy rights.

That bugs me too!

Computer Voice asked me to participate in a survey about my last visit to primary physician. Knew his name, very confusing and sometimes repeated the same question 4 or 5 times. At one point asked a question I did not understand and I could not get the "RoboCaller" to repeat the question. I finally hung up.

Greatest thing I ever did was to purchase a Panasonic phone with "call blocking" - I saved this number to my blocked numbers list. One ring - no mas - no problem!!! I would think other manufacturers offer this feature in the newer phones. [Recently dropped Humana as my insurance provider.]

There is absolutely no reason we should be BUGGED with telemarketing calls. We pay for our phone service and should be in control. I have Do Not Call and ann. call block but still get several calls a day.One time I said "I am calling the police and report you for harassment" may have stopped that one but plenty more.

IDIOTS LET IT RING AND RING, ON PURPOSE I TURNED OFF THE ANSWERING MACHINE, SICK OF THESE CALLS, DO NOT KNOW WHO IT IS OR EVER ANSWER ANY UNKNOWN NUMBERS. GIVE ME A NAME OR YOU WANT GET US. TTHANKS.
