Just got a call and they left a voicemail. It was anthem BCBS about a registered nurse care manager consultant program.
This number is the nurse advocate program through Blue Cross Blue Shield. They do cut through red tape and help get contacts and benefits for the patient. I have had the same nurse for over three years and she does know me .
Blue Cross Anthem-They tried doing this last year. They asked me all kinds of personal medical questions. About a minute into the conversation, I said that I am VERY UNCOMFORTABLE answering these questions. That is when the woman said that this was VOLUNTARY. It's that something that should be said right from t he beginning? It's Anthem's way 6o save themselves money. I pay my premiums every month. Pay the doctors and leave me alone!!!!
