Got a call @ 4:30. Didn't answer, no message. previous comments state BCBS...that could be. that is my insurance. If it was important, I sure they would have left a message.

It was the nurse at Anthem for my husband. If you have chronic medical conditions, you can be assigned to a condition care manager who'll help you muddle through the red tape to receive more personalized care and assistance on any tests or other things you need. It's called Condition Care Management and is actually beneficial to have this.I've had one myself for the once rare disorders I have, and I'm considering using their services again.

How would you know? In the recorded message, they do NOT identify themselves as Anthem. In fact, the recorded message seems to go out of its way to avoid identifying themselves and and who they represent. In this day of scammers and hackers, corporations needs to do a better job protecting me and my family and refrain from cold calling homes with specious sounding claims.
