I had this same problem. I went to my bank and told them about the unauthorized purchase and they said they would take care of it and I will get a new Debit card. I got the money back the next day.
Was The Company Corporation calling to thank me for using them to form an LLC and using them as my registered agent service. They offered to let me press 1 to speak to a customer service rep if I had any questions, then offered their toll free number if I ever needed to contact them with questions in the future. It was a legitimate phone call from a company with whom I did business.

Frances- Get your credit card out & call the number on the back. Call no other number! Explain the problem to them & open a dispute. they work 24hrs a day, 365 days of the year.
800notes is a public forum for reporting weirdo phone calls. 800notes CANNOT get your account reimbursed. YOU have to call your card company using the number on the back of the card. Have your card issuer claw back the money and issue you a new card. Criminals have your card and they can charge again.
I am surprised to see an account from this Amazon Prime toll free # 8665572820. I have not called any toll free numbers to purchase a thing or a service. This is spurious and I want my money back!
We have been charged unknowingly from this # on an amazon account and we want it taken off our card immediately! We know nothing of it and we are not happy campers!
