You guys are all idiots. Pay your bills and you wouldn't have to worry about the calls... if it's the wrong number tell them it's the wrong number. It's a legitimate collection agency I work with a couple times through my troubles. They're actually fairly reasonable as far as collection agencies go
Riiiiggghhhttt.... sure, shill. Nobody believes your pathetic attempt to lie for these FDCPA-violating crooks.
Hello sly and welcome to 800notes. Since you were kind enough to share your experiences with readers and offer them unsolicited advice, I'm sure you won't mind answering a few questions for me.First, are you a psychic? You infer folks are getting these calls because they need to pay their bills yet no one posting prior to you indicated owing a bill.Second, are you a serial deadbeat or "professional debtor"? Your comments seem to infer you have much experience with dealing with collection agents.Third, how stupid do you think readers are? You are an illiterate trying to portray a deadbeat as part of a scheme and artifice to mislead consumers regarding the legitimacy of calls from this number. Did you really think it would work?Fourth, are you or have you ever been associated with "The Family Stone"?
wow... a lot of animosity here... I understand all of you being frustrated with your situations being in debt.. it stinks and you would rather blame everybody else for your problems. You can all go on with your lives hating everybody else and being mad at your [***] situation and that's fine. I will go on knowing that they helped me and that's all I give a [***] about. Hopefully there's somebody else out there that feels the same. The rest you really need to look inside and work on some things. Yikes...You have to worry about me contribute anymore anyways... all this appears to be is a smear sitepeace and good luck
Sly, I guess you must have missed my questions the first time, so I will ask them againFirst, are you a psychic? You infer folks are getting these calls because they need to pay their bills yet no one posting prior to you indicated owing a bill. Now you explicitly state "I understand all of you being frustrated with your situations being in debt.". Did anyone other than you claim to be in debt?Second, are you a serial deadbeat or "professional debtor"? Your comments seem to infer you have much experience with dealing with collection agents.Third, how stupid do you think readers are? You are an illiterate trying to portray a deadbeat as part of a scheme and artifice to mislead consumers regarding the legitimacy of calls from this number. Did you really think it would work?
Sometimes statistics can give a hint as to the validity and direction of posts. Here are the statistics:On this page, as it exists now, there are at least seven posts with solid advice as to how to recognize scams, how to avoid them, and how to respond. There are four posts describing the most recent set of calls they have received from scammers. There are five posts pointing out some pretty clear evidence of how one of the people posting on this page seems to be acting as a shill. And not one of the 16 above-mentioned posts contains a personal complaint about being in debt, whether up to the eyeballs, or any other part of the body. And then there are posts by slyguy, which accuse all of the above posters of being in extreme debt and avoiding their financial obligations. So his posts, and his personal attacks, are based on the assumption that the first 16 posts I mentioned mean the exact opposite of what they say.So you know whom I am placing in nomination for "persistent shill of the day", Right?
I see you tried to make some false statements here to help out your employers and it didn't work out too well for you. Frustrated with your situation you come back and resort to making some silly accusations against the folks who proved you were lying.Since collections and shilling don't seem to be working out for you, perhaps you could try your hand at making an honest living?Sly --- here's a tip from Captain Obvious (and Abe Lincoln) - It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt.peace and good luck
