Wallymart does not need to know your number in order to call you. They have machines that dial an entire range of numbers one after another after another .. all day long. If and when somebody answers, their machine either answers with a recording ..or it automatically transfers the call to one of their real people to talk.
Got a recorded call stating that they had tried multiple times to contact me about me CC acct. looked up the number and it's associated with WM. I don't have a Walmart Credit Card. Obviously someone is spoofing numbers.
as others noted, callback number gives a message about "walmart mastercard". Scammer could very well have faked that CID....

Called three times and left no message. The third time the name that came up on my phone was Authors Club president. I answered and the caller then said they were collecting on a debt, claimed they were recording the call. Scam.
