Sorry, sweetie. Nice fake post. Number is a SCAM, and obviously the scammers know about this website. Interesting how only 1 good post is among all the bad ones. Finally catching on that we're catching to your little pfishing scheme?
Tsk, tsk. Your little pfishing scam got you listed on the internet in a bad way? Poor baby. How about YOU get a real job? Like doing something legal?
This evening I received a recorded phone message from a man saying it was "Citiclient First" asking me to call them back at 866-680-8628. He had my full name. He said that there had been "a change in status of my account". I got out my CitiCard and called the tele number on the back of my card and spoke to a customer service rep. Told her about the call I received. She checked my account and said there was absolutely nothing amiss, wrong, or changed in my account & that it was most likely scammers, looking for information. She took the name & tele number that they gave me and said it would be turned in to management to pursue.
If you are an employee of this collections company, do you really want your manager or supervisor to read one of your replies and realize just what type of a represenative you are for the company. AND if this company(collection agency), if any company or collection agency for that matter that handles these types of accounts, accounts of this calibure, this many accounts... where do you find the time to find this site and put all your responces on it. If I were your manager I would be outraged and upset that you were wasting your time with this site and not doing your work. As a manager I would also have to review this problem -why are so many accounts being called when research (15 to 30 minutes) shows there was no reason to call in the first place. The company or corporate of the company will call or send a letter, most times simply leave the balance forward on the bill. It is not profitable for the company to play tug of war with accounts that are overdue 5 days. It is also not profitable for the collection agency to spend time researching an account that results in simply a waste of time for all parties involved. A company you "collect" for is not going to send you, the collection agency, the go ahead to collect when the account is only a fews days out. AND NO the collection agency does not see the accounts or any informtion about the account until the account is turned over to them, the collection agency. Lastly, I've noticed when scammers get caught, they get rude and defensive like you have been.... sssooooo try again.
Wikipedia is not considered an accurate an trustworthy site for research. Why is your company's credibility verified by such an untrustworthy site. Give sites and places of reputable research sites such as new papers or magazine journal articles. And NO you clarified nothing.
I'm so glad you have such a fun life. It's really funny that you responded to Paul and his statement written feb 5, but had no rebutle for Jessica and her statement written on Jan 21. I only see you delivering quick little snips because you cannot deliver a reputable and intelligent defence.
It's a scam. Do NOT give your personal information!!! They are asking for your checking account information. I have been paying my credit card, and she told me I'm missing payment. Caught the lie on from 'hello'
Definately a SCAM. They wanted full name, account number and full social security number. Called Citi number on the back of my card. They confirmed that noone from Citi was trying to contact me and that there is no such thing as Citi Client First that would be calling me anyway. Clearly there are people involved in the scam on this board trying to make it sound legit. Call the number on the back of your Citi card, they will NEVER ask you for your full social security number and if you ask they confirm this to you. Never give a full account number unless it is a legit phone number that you called and NEVER EVER give a full social - legit companies don't need it.Oh and don't give me this - they "service a number of related accounts" stuff ("Citi handles many credit cards like shell and exxon, home depot, radio shack, etc"). Citi may actually provide the administrative servicing of different cards, but part of the contract is that Citi NEVER identifies themselves as such when dealing with customers of these serviced merchants. Call the number on the back of one of those cards and you may get an actual agent that works for Citi, but they never ever identify themselves as such, they are scripted otherwise.TOTAL SCAM. STEER CLEAR.
I got a call from this number. The automated system said it was to collect a debt, but then the system stated I needed to wait to be connected to an operator. I hung up
Just called the number on my Citibank Credit Card, and Citi Client First is, in fact, a part of Citibank. The woman from Citicards confirmed that I had received a call from Citi Client First and transferred me over to there. They had called to let me know that one of my accounts was past due. They could tell me all of the information pertinent to the account and did not require any information from me. They even waived the late charge because I have a history of on-time payments.I agree that the pre-recorded messages are disconcerting, but it turns out to be a legit arm of Citigroup nonetheless.
