I do not have overdue credit cards. My bills are paid ahead of time. I have gotten 4 calls from these people in the last 3 days. If they are so anxious to talk to me, they need to talk and not send a taped message. I don't appritiate being called over and over for something I don't have any idea about.

I got a call just as reported by another user here on 23 Apr 2011 (look above). I followed some of the steps that other users mentioned here... I called Citibank and this company is NOT affiliated with Citibank. The telephone # is not a Citibank official number. I can tell that some of the posts here that defend CitiClient First are posted by people who seem to be affiliated to that business, but its not a good business. Read carefully and you will notice. This is not a good company. I dont understand why this type of businesses are allowed to operated. Someone should investigate...

It's fun to call them back and ask for a name you make up. tell them you'll on'ly speak to ---- or tell them that you already spoke to --- and you've decided you wantt your refund in EUrOS. Or, pretend to speak very poor english, and waste their time be creative kids. it's a scam!

They are very persistent. I don't have any of their cards but they are relentless in calling and trying to reach me. Not sure how they even got my cell phone #.

Call them back from a business phone, not yours, pretend to be slightly senile. waste their time, my record so far is 23 minutes! see if you can beat that. post here to start the competition. these are scammers, don't feel bad about scamming them.

harrassment! calling 6, 7 and 8 times per day. Then get this. You answer and they say, how may I help you..... REALLY you idiot called me.This is for $15 payment that is 5 days late and you now they hit me with a late fee bigger than the payment plus interest. Thats not good enough for them. Then they call you and blame it on an automated dialing machine. If I owed alot of money and was months late I could see it but less than a hundred dollars and I have a history of over 20 years with this card. I have never NOT paid my bill.Theives, robbers, whatever, they are not worth doing business with. You might wind up with a broken leg or arm. That's how they used to collect isnt it?

This number calls several times per day, every day, including weekends. I don't have any accounts with Citi Group. Called several times and didn't leave a message then called and left one message asking me to call back regarding "an important business matter" regarding my Citi Group Relationship. Weird

It's legit. I called them back and they did have a question about one of my Citi accounts and they actually helped me out, basically correcting their error. I wouldn't have given all of my account info but I did give my birthday to verify they were talking to the right person. Very careful of that since Citi was just hacked, again.

"JESS" YOU MUST BE FROM CITI CLIENT. THIS IS SO OBVIOUS THROUGH AND THROUGH YOU ARE PHISING FOR INFORMATION. ASKING FOR SOCIAL SECURITY #, ACCOUNT #, PHONE #, PASSWORD ???? CITI CLIENT AND YOU ARE CROOKS !Folks, read previous replies from people who called Citibank directly. Citibank stated this number is FRAUDULENT AND NOT ASSOCIATED WITH CITIBANK.Don't be swayed by people in this forum defending Citi Client First. THEY ARE FROM CITI CLIENT FIRST.
