That's ridiculous. All departments are aware of CCF. Which has been in place since FEB 2010..prev named Citi cards...which use to handle one acct at a time...CCF handles every credit card you have during 1 calk now

Stop posting inaccurate information, Citi Client First is legitmate. If you call the collections number back you must give 1.) your acct # 2.) or your ssn #3.) or the telephone number you were contacted at. If your account is 5 or more days deliquint you may receive a collection call. CitiClientFirst formally know as citicards handles: Zales, sears, home depot, gardens, sunoco, Exxon mobile, citgo, conoco, 76, childrens place, master cards, visa cards, expedia cards,good year, national tire and battery, shell, Citi health card accounts...etc etc If you have been contacted and they asked for YOUR name, then your account is either behind or over the credit limit. Be aware if you have annual fees,and forget to pay it, we call for that too!

Not harassment--attempt to collect a debt you owe Citi , but your so lazy to call back and see what's delq they keep calling. Wake up, smell reality. It's probably a credit card you have that you didn't even know was financed by Citi like childrens place or home depot.

Yup, and Citibank has the right to call you up to 6 times a day, and allow the phone to ring up to 8 times. Fun stuff huh. It's an attempt to collect a debt.

Citi Client First isn't selling anything. It's an attempt to collect a debt that you have with Citibank that's not been paid on time. You tard!

Good job for registering your number on the national do not call list. However it excludes creditors who contact you for a debt that you owe. Citibank ei: Citigroup, has a collection division named Citi Client First. To be called by CCF you must have an account with Citi that's past due or over the credit limit. Credit cards such as: Exxon mobile, shell, conoco, citgo, 76, children's place, Zales, gordans, sears, good year, home depot and many more. Citi finances many types of cards.

He called the number on the back of his card but because he or she has more than one account with Citi and they are past due or over the credit limit, they are transferred to our citiclientfirst dept for assistance.

Citi Client First is not a valid business. This is a scam to steal personal info from you. Just dont respond.Or pretend to be someone else.

I second this... After calling the number they left me in a voicemail and talking to the representative I felt something was not right and hungup. I called Citi directly, got the number from their website, and after telling them the number I was given they confirmed my suspicion that they were not with Citi.Watch out! Do not call or tell them ANYTHING
