It is PG&E to advise you of an upcomming smart day. So the reason it calls back is if no message was left or it hung up before a message could be left. It will just keep calling until it is able to leave a message or you liten to the message when they call.
left message about changing out my smart meter for analog one. that i had opted out of program and that i will be getting charged for the non smart Meter! scree that PGE sounded like a robocall anyways. I'm going to call pge directly and get to the bottom of this!
Smart METERs have nothing to do with SMART days... Smart days are the 10-12 days out of the year that you have to conserve energy and in exchange they give you 20% off your bill.
(866) 743-0263 called but left no message. I called back. It was PG&E to let me know they're coming out to read my meter, since I opted out of a smart reader, they only read it every other month. Thanks to everyone at 800 notes for keeping me on top of calls like this!!

Caller wanted personal information and claimed to be from some credit company that does not exist.

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
