Company is not called Rivana, and they are job recruiters for sales positions. Well, in my book, sales people are the sleaziest people out there along side politicians.Same "scam", whatever it is (most likely: personal information used for sales, such as name, address, phone), not identity theft.Since they are a real company, a DNC complaint is feasible.

Not a scam. Had someone who works for me housesitting and they had a problem with my ATT UVerse system. She called UVerse to report the problem and they called me while I was on vacation to report the issue and then asked me to call my housesitter so I could provide her with authentication info. I called and verified she was experiencing service issues. Every 866 or 800 number is not a scam.

gave a resume to Revana at a jobfair quite a while ago. went to a screening for a job in April, and I was declined. They said I cannot try again for employment there for 90 days.However, their recruiters have called me since then almost every week. It is quite annoying. There is no communication in their recruiting department. Their recruitment calls also seem like sales calls.

866-796-5485 called me 8 times within 22 minutes on 03/17/2015, left no messages. Each time they called they got my outgoing voice mail message stating that I do not accept such calls, and unstructing them to place me on their DNC List and Don't call again.

Everything you buy is sold from a sales person. From your shoes, phone, and even the internet you made this uneducated remark with. I guess ALL sales people can't be bad, as I'm sure you're clothed and were able to complain. I guess you can mark that down in your "book".

It's a call from teletech. I applied for a job, but found another, so I just let the lady know I'm no longer interested. Haven't received any more calls since.

I did apply for a job and it is teletech. So it is a legit call.

As I am not a native speaker, I thought, my English so poor, that I do not understand a word, when someone is offering me a job. Now I feel a big relief.Yes, the accent was very strange and I hardly understood a word. I did not even apply for job but they are also searching proactively in job boards. So, in case you are an active job seeker, they may call you.
