This number 866 796 7421 came up restricted on my phone but left an anonymous voicemail saying it is ComEd calling about notice of disconnection due to a past balance. I called the correct ComEd number and they told me it's a scam and my bill is correct along with what my online billing stated. Do not call them back it's not a bill collector.
