My contract with Bell is up next month, I suspect it's the loyalty dept calling to try and intice me to stay....
Like it has been stated in previous comments, it is Bell calling because, for me, the contract is almost up. I blocked the first number and they keep on calling. I was only signed up with Bell because it was the contract on my phone from my old job.Word of advice, never get involved with Bell or anything remotely related with their company. [***] those guys period.
This number calls me several times every day I'm a bell customer but I have never answered the call I suppose the best way to fix that is to block the number

I didn't accept the call and they did not leave any voice message
I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.
Would give it zero stars if I could.
Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
