I have an account with koodo, but all should be well with it. If there was something I needed to know or something I had to do on the account, they should leave me a message! what the heck!

This number is apparently from koodo- saying they change there mailing address to British Columbia. I do have a cell phone and account with them. Why would I need there mailing address, if I pay them at the bank ??? Don't the store where I bought the phone, have all my info, and if there would be a problem with my account, it be them to contact me directly ??? I do have calls from that number everyday, now for about a week.

I got the same call and when I called back I was told it could not be reached from my area code.

I got a call from and voice mail message saying to call that number regarding my account. That alone is fishy. Especially since I'm NOT a Kudo Customer, and the address they left is for BC Tel. Gotta be a scam in my mind...

Don't reply or send your info - it's a scam. I'm not their customer and got the same message. Something isn't right. The combination of information they gave doesn't jive to belong to Kudo aside of the name and number

answered call, and nobody was there. gave ample time for them to say something but just silence so i hung up. although i do have a phone with koodo, they called my other cell phone which is with bell, why not call my koodo phone?

I got a call from this number at 8:30pm! I don't think Koodo would call someone that late to begin with.They said they were doing survey, but suddenly jumped to trying to upgrade me to more data, somehow they knew I had an INQ phone and used my data. But the guy kept saying "please give me your address and account code". It got fishy when I said I couldn't give it to him because I'm not the one paying the bills for it. My mom pays for the phone bill because I'm a poor college student, and I even told him this, and he kept repeating "we need code for your account" and I'm thinking about the third time he asked for it on why he would need it, I never agreed to upgrading. He finally asks for my mother after I again tell him my mom pays for the bills, but she's a province away. Heh. But I'm curious as to what could be done with my phone account if a scam artist were to get it...? Is the account number a way to login to pay bills online through Koodo?
