It was a Koodo rep following up on a "how are we doing?" text - I had replied that I had a negative experience and they were calling to try to make it up to me - walked away with a decent credit!

I received a call at 7:02 am ..... way too early, especially when it is you day off! They have called twice in the past 2 days

Keep getting calls from this number and I am with Telus. Told them what they were after the first time and keep getting different people call and they just don't seem to understand politely "take me off your call list" I raised the bar a little just now and told them assertively to not call again but I somehow think I will still be getting another call.

Koodo is owned by telus

Second time they have called my cell. First time no answer. Second time told them if it was important then to text my phone and I will get back to them later. Man kept stalling and I hung up.

Why this phone number is calling me? Please stop it!

This is from Koodo. They called me today and asked me to upgrade my plan due to I used up my allowance this month.

Called this morning. Bums.

April 21/16, got a call from this number, which apparently is a SPOOF of Koodo's actual support number ... fellow said his company is hired to make promotional calls, but at another site, a Koodo client reported this as fraud:"Scam Phone Number 18669956636, Someone pretending to be from Koodo Mobile called to verify account!.He said they are doing a routine verification of customer data. Asked me to repeat my address. I asked what else is required? He said account number. I said you have called my number, you should know my account number and name. Told him I will check with Koodo directly and he hung up. Looked around for Koodo support and found the same number 1-866-995-6636.I called and talked to them about the “customer verification” call and was told Koodo has not initiated any such calls.Obviously someone is able to make the caller ID display 1-866-995-6636 to carry out this fraud."
