The do not call list is totally USELESS! The DNC is only obeyed by legitimate businesses. These low-life telemarketers will not obey the rules so therefore you are wasting your time. The useless people in govt. will do nothing to help because they and the phone companies are raking in the $.

These people are pitching devices for Lifewatch phone number 800-716-1433.I suggest calling them every time you get a spam call and tell them what you think of their association with criminals.
I have been able to block all the calls on my cell phone by making my default setting to "No Ring" and then for the numbers I do want to talk to I set up a ring for them. So any new number comes in by default it won't ring.
another robocall from 870-463-8589 caller ID said "UNKNOWN NAME" on Monday 02-02-15 @ 314PM.answered on the 3rd ring - knew it was SCAMMERS !!!males voice on message "Hello senior...you have been selected to receive a free medical alert system................referred by friend or family member............blah...blah........plus $1000.00 in Grocery saving coupons and a $75 prescription card. press 1 now or press 9 to be removed."pressing 1 (at least for me) gets a message ".....that is not a valid extension."If you press 9 they continue to call.I wanted to see what would happen if I pressed "2" and call disconnected.
Automated message from Medical alerting company. I have been pressing button #9 after the message to "opt out" for months. Its doesn't work. These scumbaggs keep calling anyway.So, I hit button 1 to speak to a live agent. The agent wanted my credit card number to send me a medical alerting system. They would NOT tell me the name of the company or send me any literature. I took two reps on a ride giving them all sorts of fake information. They do have caller ID and can see the number you are using, which , what does that matter, they already have it anyway. So after going through the whole scam with fake information, I asked the rep what website I can go to to look at what I am getting in the mail. This ex convict or heroin addict which most of these people usually are, told me www.medicalalertsystems.com. Last night, I did this again when I got the call and the rep told me www.endlessmedicalalert.com but there is no website for this second one. Im slowly working on identifying these scumbaggs and will post more information once I figure out who they are.Other number used are:913-674-8956435-846-9869870-463-8589

This number keeps calling me. The message they leave is like a clicking sound. No one speaks. Very odd. I’m blocking this number

My calls were being forwarded to this number and I have no idea how it happened.
They hung up. In the last ten days I've had unauthorized credit card charges and an identity theft related to a Medicare fraud case. I suspect this is related.

Medicredit I believe possibly is scam/fraud calls involving medical insurance, medicare. Courts WILL decide !!
